For as long as I can remember, I've been an inquisitive self-learner, drawn to understanding how things work and what it truly means to be creative. I picked up filmmaking and graphic design in my early teens, was building my own websites by high school, and spent my college years freelancing and contributing to various startup software projects.
My creative path has always been grounded by academic rigor. I studied philosophy and history of math and science, disciplines that sharpened my critical thinking and writing in ways that still inform everything I make. After graduating, I joined Jai Yu's computational neuroscience lab at the University of Chicago, where I worked on learning and memory research — an experience that deepened my understanding of how people think, perceive, and engage.
That curiosity, and the range of experiences it's led me to, is what shapes the creative vision I bring to every product and brand I work with today.
